Why Hire a Travel Agent?

Travel Agents Save You Time
The average family spends around 38 hours researching information about their vacation! Instead of searching through thousands of videos, social media posts, and blogs, you could instead hire an expert travel agent to assist you. You can trust that the information you get from me is accurate and up to date. If you needed help with your taxes or plumbing, would you look up a video on the internet, or hire an expert? What if the expert was free to hire?
How To Start Planning
3
Planning Services & Payment Plans
Choose your level of planning services. Approve the proposal you want booked and authorize your deposit payment.
In most cases, you will only need to pay a deposit to book your trip. You can then make payments on whatever schedule works for you. If any promotions come up after you book, I will have your price adjusted to the lowest price possible.
Planning Services & Upgrades
When you hire me as your travel agent, I get a small amount of commission on Hotel/Stateroom and Ticket bookings. The companies themselves compensate me to book and manage your package, but not to assist with making additional reservations or designing in depth itineraries like some clients want.
There are two levels of service listed below. The Basic Level is free and it will get you started for your vacation, but you will have to book extras on your own. If you want to just show up and enjoy your vacation, then you might consider the Concierge Level.
Basic Level Services

Upgrade to Concierge Level Services
Disney World & Disneyland
$197 ($247 when booked after the 3 day window)* What you get: Phone consultations for planning vacation extras, Booking Dining Reservations* (at 5:45am, so you don’t have to!), If Dining Reservations are unavailable, I will monitor the website and book for you when it comes up, Booking Enchanted Extras* (dining packages, Bibbidi-Bobbidi Boutique, Tours, ect.), Booking Transportation from airport to resort (Orlando Only), Booking Stroller and Wheelchair Rental from Disney Approved vendor, Custom built itinerary made for your family’s wants and needs, Final Phone Call to go over your plans and questions! *There is a $50 discount for clients who book within 3 days of receiving their quote proposal. I can place a 3 day hold on your selections so this guarantees you get the best price available and your reservation is made as soon as possible. *Bookings made for Dining, Enchanted Extras, On-Board Activities, Excursions and other add-on items are not guaranteed. The advantage of using a travel agent is that I know the best way to get these reservations- but there is a limited amount available. If I am unable to get your first choice, I will continue to monitor reservations to see if one becomes available later.
Planning Package Fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If you want to upgrade services later, the difference must be paid in full before services will continue and are subject to availability. Cancelling a vacation package does not include a refund of planning package fees. Additional Fees apply to groups larger than 8 people and for trips longer than 8 days.
Example of Concierge Level Guides
Clients who upgrade to the Concierge Level Planning Services for their theme park vacation receive a customized guide that breaks down each section of the park. This guide includes suggestions of how to navigate the park and which attractions and restaurants are best for the client's specific travel party.
FAQ
* How do you make any money? Companies like Disney and Universal pay Travel Agents like me to help you. I get a small amount of commission on Hotel/Stateroom and Ticket bookings, all paid by the companies themselves. The companies compensate me to book and manage your package itself, but not to do in-depth itinerary planning like most people are looking for. I love providing these services for my guests, so I charge a reasonable planning fee so that I am able to do so. * So you must up-charge the price for your clients then? The price that I find for you is the same exact price you will see on their websites too! The difference is I can provide my personal knowledge of these vacation destinations to help you find the best options for your family. You get insider knowledge and a single point of contact for your vacation, all while supporting my small business! * How do I know this is legitimate? This may seem too good to be true, but travel agents have been around for a very long time. I live in Florida, so I must hold a “Seller of Travel” License in order to have this business. My agency must follow strict rules from Disney and Universal regarding giving out truthful information. * What if I just go book my vacation without a Travel Agent? If you book a vacation without a Travel Agent, you paid for a service that you didn’t even get! Instead, when you work with me, you get personalized service, you can do less work planning and stressing about the details for your family vacation, and all this for the same exact price. Companies like Disney and Universal understand how complicated vacations like these can be. They build in the cost of travel agents into all of their prices- regardless of if you use one.
